Inital situation
In order to use time resources more efficiently and at the same time create a uniform knowledge base, part of the content of the basic training course is to be completed as e-learning. The aim was to ensure that all participants were optimally prepared. The challenge lay in the scope of the project, the time frame, the amount of content, and the coordination of numerous participants on both the customer and clickandlearn sides.
Solution
Together with BILLA, clickandlearn developed a structured, modular e-learning course that is made available to employees via a learning platform. Between May and December 2025, 12 modules were created that serve as a knowledge base for classroom training.
To ensure maximum practical relevance, two clickandlearn colleagues took part in a classroom training course at the Traun training center. In addition, a separate photo shoot was held to authentically depict real work situations at the counter and support the transfer of learning.
Despite the size of the project team, the project ran efficiently and in a structured manner. Clear feedback processes, rapid responses, and a shared understanding of quality ensured consistent design and uniform content.
Result
The e-learning modules create a solid knowledge base, allowing training time to be reduced—with more room for practice, exchange, and consolidation.
