hollu is a leading full-service provider for cleaning and hygiene with 120 years of experience. Made in Austria and strategically focused on sustainability, the company offers solutions for all industries and stands for the highest quality and innovation.
the challenge
hollu’s previous learning management system was no longer able to meet the growing demands for usability, user management and stability. It also lacked functions for the optimal integration of face-to-face events and blended learning.
the solution
Together with clickandlearn, eFront premium was introduced as the new corporate LMS. In the first step, 450 employees, over 1,000 customers and 170 courses were integrated into the digital academy. The innovative dashboards and catalogue functions give users a quick overview of learning opportunities and progress. Managers benefit from automated workflows and a transparent overview of the status of their teams’ mandatory training.
The first successes of the digital academy
Just one month after going live, over 200 customers had already been activated on the platform without any technical problems. This quickly saved time in administration. In addition, navigation on the platform is self-explanatory, allowing employees and customers to find their way around intuitively.
the outlook
Course administration for face-to-face training for customers will also be handled via the LMS eFront in future. The booking process will be automated through the use of the eCommerce module in eFront. Internally, trainers will manage their courses independently in future.
With eFront Premium, hollu has laid the foundation for a sustainable digital academy that meets both internal and external requirements.
